Ticket Purchasing FAQs
Are there any seats available in section 110A?
Ticketmaster and Civic Center policy is to sell tickets on a "best available" status. Specific seating availability will not be given over the phone. If you would like to attempt to purchase tickets in a specific seating area, please visit the Civic Center box office during regular hours.
If I've already purchased several seats, can I purchase additional seats next to them?
Our box office staff will do their best to sell you additional seats as close to your originals as possible, but there is no guarantee that we will have additional seats right next to them.
Can I confirm that my tickets are at the Will Call Window?
Will Call tickets are usually not printed by the box office until late on the day of the show. The best way to confirm your tickets will be at Will Call is to contact the point of purchase with your confirmation number. The easiest way to do this is to contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1-800-745-3000.
Are there handicap seats still available? Can I sit next to a member of my party who is handicap?
Civic Center policy limits each handicap patron to one escort who can sit in handicap seating with that patron. Other members of the party will be seated as close as possible to the handicap patron.
What do I need to show when picking up tickets at the Will Call Window?
When picking up tickets at the Will Call Window, you will need to bring a valid drivers license and your phone or Internet confirmation number, provided at the time of purchase, or the credit card used to purchase the tickets.

What is ticketfast™?
Ticketmaster's ticketfast™, available only on Internet ticket sales, is a revolutionary technology that allows patrons to print their tickets from a home PC and printer. When you choose this option during your online purchase, you will print your tickets out at home and bring them to the building where a bar-code on the ticket will be scanned to allow your entry into the event.
