The Columbus Civic Center Administrative Office is open from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Visit our Box Office web page for the Box Office hours.
Improper conduct (including profane or abusive language and throwing objects) may result in ejection from the building. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the facility to anyone.
The Columbus Civic Center is proud to offer full access to our patrons with special needs. In addition to offering up to 77 handicap seats for all of our events, the Columbus Civic Center also offers special needs restrooms and elevators.

The patron elevator is located near the Sports Hall of Fame, next to the concession stand in the northwest corner of the arena level.
The first aid station is located inside the arena in the southeast corner behind Section 112.
The Columbus Civic Center has an AED located in the Administration Office conference room, located on east side of the main floor.
The Columbus Civic Center provides patrons with access to three (3) ATMs located in the Lobby, Southwest Concourse and Southeast Concourse.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Columbus Civic Center. A designated smoking section is available outside the south entrance doors on the second level concourse.

Restrictions on the use of still cameras vary by event. The event promoter or artist dictates whether still cameras are allowed. Please call in advance to get additional camera-policy information prior to a specific show at (706) 653-4482. Video and recording equipment of any kind are strictly prohibited.
