Hours of Operation
The Civic Center administrative offices are open from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Civic Center Box Office is open from 10:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays (Event Days Only).

Purchasing Tickets
It is Civic Center policy that after doors have opened to the public on the day of a show, all tickets will be sold as "best available." This policy limits patrons from requesting specific seats in specific sections during these peak times in an effort to service as many people as quickly as possible, but does not exclude patrons from requesting specific seats when purchasing tickets in advance of the show.

Facility Admission
No one will be allowed entry to a Civic Center event without the appropriate event ticket or event credential. Many Civic Center events allow free admission to children two years of age and younger when accompanied by an adult. However, the child MAY NOT occupy a seat. Please contact the Box Office at 706-653-4482 for information regarding this policy for individual events. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the facility to anyone.

Ticket Scalping
The re-sale of event tickets is not allowed on Civic Center property under any circumstances.
