Promoter Services: Arena Rent & Fees

General Fees
Rent: Base rent of the building for an event is $2,000.00 or twelve percent (12%) of the adjusted gross at the end of the show for the use of the arena, whichever is greatest.

Deposit: The Civic Center requires Lessee's to pay a deposit equal to $1,000.00 due at the signing of the Lease Agreement. The deposit may be retained in case of cancellation.

Promotional Fees: A fifteen percent (15%) fee will apply to all advertising and promotional items which utilize the Civic Center's in-house advertising agency.

Box Office Fees: Lessees of the Civic Center will be required to pay box office fees equal to $.50 per ticket sold with a face value and inside charges in addition to a facility fee in the amount of $2.00 per ticket on top of the advertised ticket price.

She is licensed, nationally certified, a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and a member of the American Business Women's Association. She has completed several continuing education courses in Pregnancy Massage, and Clinical Massage for head and neck pain. Kim offers several modalities of massage such as trigger point therapy, myofascial therapy, Swedish, shiatsu, and relaxation massage.
