Floor Dimensions

85' x 200' in length, 17,000 square feet.
Floor inserts for circus tie-downs, tennis/volleyball, basketball, arena football and soccer, and anchoring for hockey dashers.

Ceiling Height

57' - Floor to low steel.

Staging

Main stage maximum size of 40' x 76', from 4' to 6' high. All staging scaffold Stage-right type panels.

Crowd Barrier maximum size of 80', up to 4' high. Up to 100' of skirting.

Rigging Capabilities

The Grid is 15' x 13'-1" and is incorporated into the bottom chord of the roof trusses. The clearance from floor to the bottom chord is 57'.

Seventy-three (73) rigging points. Each point can hold a maximum of 2,500 lbs. The total capacity of the rigging system is 182,500 lbs.

Load-in / Load-out

The truck staging area is located outside the loading dock and is approximately 55' wide x 160' long.

One (1) loading dock with a leveling plate. The distance to the center of the arena is 80'. The distance from the exterior door to the interior door is approximately 58'. The loading area is approximately 60' x 40'.

The exterior and interior roll-up doors are approximately 16' x 14'.

Service Elevator

Service elevator with 8,000 lb. capacity located off rear loading dock. 10' x 6' platform.

Backdrop Curtain

Full length curtain covers low steel to floor and east to west side of the arena for all half house and end stage concert configurations.

Show Power Northeast-3- 100 amp, 3 phase fused disconnects. Service voltage is 120/208 volt.

Show Power Northwest- 3-100amp, 3 phase fused disconnects, Service voltage is 120/208 volt.

Show Power South- (2 services at 120/208 volts) (1) 1-400amp, 3 phase fused disconnects; 2-200 amp, 3 phase fused disconnects (2) 2-100 amp, 3 phase fused disconnects.

TV Mobile Truck Power (2 services at 120/208 volts) (1) 2-150 amp, 3 phase fused disconnects (2) 2-300 amp, 3 phase fused disconnects.

Lighting

Arena has combination of metal-halide and quartz lighting with black-out capabilities, 152 - 1000W sport lights.

Sound

Sound System consisting of a 4 quadrant full range speaker system. System is hung above the dasher boards. The system is capable of augmenting sound systems brought in for live music events.

Concourse

Main Concourse Level: 14’ wide.

Conference Center

5,000 total square feet of usable space.
Coweta Room has 1,500 square feet and can accommodate 175 people in a social setting or 85 people seated.

Chattahoochee Room has 2,000 square feet and can accommodate 250 people in a social setting or 130 people seated.

Oglethorpe Room has 1,500 square feet and can accommodate 175 people in a social setting or 85 people seated.

Specialty Rooms

Four (4) large, air-conditioned, carpeted dressing rooms with twenty (20) showers and sixteen (16) toilets. The dimensions of each room is 32' x 15'.

Two (2) carpeted dressing rooms with a shower and toilet each. The dimensions of these rooms is 14' x 12'.

Phones are available in all dressing rooms and the distance from the stage to the dressing room area is approximately 96'.

Two (2) production/media rooms approximately 10' x 12' and 15' x 15' respectively.

One (1) large press/media room with access to phones, Internet, copy and fax machines.

Back Patio

Over 13,500 square feet of outdoor green space.

The paved hardscape area contains 4,424 spaces, including handicapped accessible spaces. Bus parking for seventeen (17) buses is located at the southeast side of the building.
